The festival, which gathered more than five hundred HR professionals and enthusiasts in its inaugural edition, will be held again from September 19 to 22 in Rovinj, continuing to build a unique regional platform for modern HR, alongside learning, growth, and networking. Under the auspices of the Weekend Media Festival, HR.Weekend in its second edition will once again captivate with a rich program and intriguing speakers, addressing some of today's most important HR topics, from People Analytics and Employer Branding to people development and coaching.
HR.Weekend was created in response to the growing need and changes within the HR industry, aimed at all professionals, human resource managers, and employers, as well as anyone interested in the development and application of innovative strategies in human resource management. HR.Weekend is a festival where everyone can find something for themselves, focusing on modern and progressive HR solutions, from which every participant will leave with new knowledge and acquaintances.
The second HR.Weekend will take place in the space of the Old Tobacco Factory in Rovinj, as part of Weekend.17, adding an extra dimension of music, entertainment, and socializing, both with colleagues from the profession and the other industries. All HR.Weekend visitors can also participate in the Weekend Media Festival program, providing this event with a unique opportunity for all its visitors to network, learn, and find inspiration.
