Film and photos

At the location of the Weekend Media Festival (HR Weekend, AI Weekend), numerous television crews and photographers will be filming. When taking photos and recording and using the drone to record lectures and/or short video clips or atmosphere, we will process your photo, movement, hair colour, etc., all based on legitimate interest. As soon as you enter the venue of the festival, expect to be filmed and photographed.

The recorded material from the festival events will be transferred and subsequently shown on EON TV. Please note that participants of certain events (panels) can independently record the events in which they participate, and share them later for the purpose of their promotion.

All material from the Weekend Media Festival may be used globally for promotional purposes of the Weekend Media Festival.

Your rights are the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, the right to object, the right to portability, and the right to portability of processing.
