Q&A

In order to make it as easy as possible for you and help you with all the questions related to this year's edition of the HR.Weekend, we have collected some of the most common questions you may have.

The HR.Weekend will take place from September 18 to 21 at the Old Tobacco Factory in Rovinj, located at Obala Vladimira Nazora 1, Rovinj.

The ticket includes admission to all lectures, presentations, panels, workshops and concerts for all three days of the festival.

The ticket does NOT include food and beverages, travel arrangements and hotel reservations.

Pick up your festival wristbands at the Registration Office during opening hours:

  • Thursday, September 18: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  • Friday, September 19: 10:00 AM – 1:00 AM
  • Saturday, September 20: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

A special type of application for journalists, photographers and bloggers who attend or follow the Festival with the aim of making and sending press releases, or publishing them on their channels. The application for accreditation must be submitted on our website https://weekendfoodfestival.com/press/. The completed form does not guarantee PRESS accreditation, and our team will inform you within 7 days of registration whether or nor your PRESS accreditation has been approved.

Participants of the HR.Weekend will be granted access to all other festivals within the Weekend Media Festival (Weekend.18, AI.Weekend, Finance.Weekend, Investment.Weekend and Energy.Weekend), and vice versa.

All visitors of any of the festivals will be able to attend all lectures, workshops, panels, concerts, and side events throughout the three days of the festival.

Once the payment for the requested number of tickets has been made according to the proforma invoice, you will receive an email with a QR code. You will use this code to check in at our accreditation desk at the Festival.

If you do not receive the email with the QR code, please check your Promotions or Spam folders.

Sometimes the email containing your ticket download details is successfully sent to your email address, but you can’t find it in your inbox. Below are the two most common reasons why this might happen and how to resolve the issue.

1. The email ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder
The email containing your ticket download details may have been filtered into your spam/junk folder. Please check these folders, and if you find the email, continue with the registration process by following the instructions provided in it.

2. Your company’s firewall is blocking incoming emails from external organizations
In some cases, your company’s security settings may block incoming emails from external organizations. If this is the case, you will not receive any emails (including the email with your ticket download details) until the block is removed.

In the meantime, you can access your ticket using the following steps:
Download the mobile app via this link: https://t.ly/myweek
Enter the email address you used to register (the one you provided to the Weekend team)
You will receive a one-time OTC (One Time Code) to verify your account and access your digital ticket.

If you still do not receive the OTC code, please contact our support team directly at support@goodtogo.hr so that you can receive the code, complete your registration, and access your digital ticket.

What if a participant from the invite list hasn’t received the email?
The invite list owner has access to all users (tickets) and can update their email addresses (for example, replacing a business email with a personal one). This is also the most reliable way to ensure that users receive the invitation emails with their ticket download details and the OTC code for accessing the app.

To resolve any issues as quickly as possible, please contact our support team at support@goodtogo.hr if you experience further problems.

Refunds for registration fees are not possible. However, if the festival is canceled by the organizers, all payments will be fully refunded.

If you wish to register as an exhibitor, please contact us at info@weekend.hr
