Doctor of Science, full professor and head of the Department of Work Psychology at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, as well as a visiting researcher at Purdue University, Psychological Sciences in the USA (Fulbright scholarship) and Australian National University, Research School of Management (Endeavour scholarship), in Australia. He leads a number of scientific and professional projects focused on the application of the latest research in motivation and decision-making in organizational and consumer behavior in modern organizations.
His scientific research has been published in esteemed international publications in the field of organizational psychology, and he has been a long-standing editorial board member of leading scientific journals—Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Personnel Psychology, and International Journal of Selection and Assessment. He is the co-director of the postgraduate study in Human Resource Management at the University of Zagreb.
