In recent years, Vjekoslav has been deeply involved in the digitalization of HR processes. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, he combines successful HR practices with current digitalization trends. He joined SD Worx in 2022 after a long career as an HR manager at INA Group and Hrvatski Telekom, where he led transformational projects related to reward systems, performance management, and strategic workforce planning.
He is dedicated to improving the user experience of current and new SD Worx clients in the Adriatic region through the implementation of the HRnet software solution, as well as offering outsourcing services and HR consulting. By sharing his own user experience, he aims to contribute to finding the best solutions for the digitalization of clients’ HR processes. He is a member of CIPD, the world’s leading HR institution based in London, where he completed a specialization in Human Resources Management in 2016. He is an active lecturer in specialized HR programs and a speaker at numerous HR conferences. Throughout his career, he has been committed to transformational projects aimed at balancing individual competency development and increasing organizational success.
