Vanja has over 20 years of work experience in business, specializing in planning, analysis, and strategy within international companies in the IT industry, including Telenor, Mera Software Services, and SBB. This year, Vanja joined the Human Resources team at A1 Serbia, responsible for Serbia and Slovenia.
Before joining the Human Resources team, Vanja worked as a Marketing Manager and Strategy Planning Manager in international companies. Her extensive experience now contributes daily to areas such as job evaluation and employee compensation, as well as HR strategy management, strategic workforce planning, compensation and benefits management, job evaluations, and individual goal setting.
In addition to her regular duties, Vanja actively works as a consultant in human resources for small and medium-sized enterprises.
She holds a degree in agro-economics from the University of Belgrade.
