After more than seventeen years of working in human resources at INA and MOL Group, Tome took on the responsibility for Human Resources at INA Group in 2024, leading a team that covers four countries in the region with over 10,000 employees.
Tome joined INA Group as an Employee Development Specialist, but soon transitioned to HR partnering. Holding various directorial positions at the level of INA and MOL Group, he gained valuable experience in leadership and creating optimal solutions through support and strategic consulting for Exploration and Production, Retail, Industrial and Corporate Services, IT, and the Functions segment.
Tome is highly dedicated to professional development and excellence, having completed the CIPD and SEED programs.
