Til Lajovic is an experienced manager with over 15 years of experience in leadership positions. He is the co-owner and director of FirstClass, a company specializing in recruitment, talent selection, and HR consulting. FirstClass offers top-tier, comprehensive solutions in the areas of recruitment and talent management, with a focus on innovative and customized approaches that enable the optimal development of both companies and employees.
He holds a degree in Philosophy from the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana and later earned a master’s degree from the IMB program at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana. He began his career as a product manager at Mladinska knjiga, then took over sales management in the B2B segment, and soon led Mladinska knjiga Sarajevo. He was also the president of the Alumni Association in Radovljica at the Faculty of Economics, and for nearly a decade, he successfully led the YES management association.
In 2017, he co-founded the nonprofit program BusinessClass, whose key goal is to connect promising young talents with Slovenian companies. Through this program, each generation of 25 selected talents is placed in the most successful companies, where they develop into key employees. The success of BusinessClass led to the creation of two additional segments: FirstClass, which focuses on the recruitment and selection of professionals and managers, and ITClass, which specializes in recruitment for IT positions.
