With nearly 20 years of experience in corporations, Tamara is currently in the position of Co-worker Relations Manager at IKEA for Southeast Europe (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Ukraine).
She is energized by introducing new processes, initiatives, teams, and organizational changes, as well as developing teams and individuals through mentoring, training, coaching, and facilitation. She is currently most engaged with topics of health and well-being, employee listening, and experience.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her five-year-old daughter and partner, good food, and the small joys of life.
