As regional leader and pioneer in HR area with experience gained in global corporations, start-ups and fin-tech organizations working with C-level executives and founders, she has a proven track record of driving business transformation and scaling organizations.
For more than 20 years, Slađana built her expertise on deep transformations of operating models, modernizing and optimizing HR practices, strengthening the engaging cultures, and building effective people functions to power this change.
Throughout her career, Slađana has led cross-functional teams, implemented transformative initiatives, and navigated through mergers and acquisitions, leveraging skills in organizational design and change management. Now, Slađana oversees remote and international HR teams of 100+ people as well as a full spectrum of HR activities for a workforce of over 17.000 employees. This exposure has provided her with a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to navigate complex international landscapes.
Slađana holds a MSc in Andragogy (Adult Education-University of Belgrade), Certification in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (International Society for Coaching Psychology) and Certification in Systemic Family Therapy (Institute for Mental Health (EAP).
