Saša Jurković is an economist by education and has worked in human resources for 25 years, mostly in executive roles. He currently works as a consultant and mentor to employees and company leadership. He is the founder and owner of MealPass, an app providing affordable employee meals.
He completed an EMBA and gained certifications in recruitment and selection (CIPD, London) and leadership (IMD, Lausanne). He frequently speaks at HR roundtables, conferences, and workshops. Saša is also the founder and, since 2011, president of HR Centar, a professional association for HR practitioners in Croatia, aiming to promote and develop the HR profession.
