Sandra has 15 years of experience in the field of people development, team building, and organizational culture. She has worked on both regional and local levels, as an external consultant and internal expert.
She is currently applying her experience in the role of Head of People and Culture at Erste Bank in Serbia, during its intense transformation and development.
Sandra believes that satisfied individuals are members of successful teams, and that great teams make a difference and create wonders. That’s why her great passion is working on building highly effective teams.
She is a mother of two wonderful boys. She enjoys swimming and playing board games.
