Petra Grabušić holds a degree in Economics. She furthered her education in HR management at a business academy in Zagreb and has acquired pedagogical, psychological, and andragogical training. She continues to educate and refine her skills in HR management and leadership at an international level.
For nine years, she worked as the Head of Human Resources at the manufacturing company Valoviti Papir Dunapack, then as the Regional HR Manager for KIA Motors Adria Group, and today she serves as the Director of the HR Department at Hattrick PSK, which is part of the Fortuna Entertainment Group based in Prague.
She is also a lecturer in human resource management, leadership, and management at several business schools.
Additionally, she is the owner of a business consulting company.
