Patricia began her career in the Compensation Department at INA Group, where she gained an understanding of employee compensation and rewards management. She then transitioned to the dynamic IT industry, working as an HR Business Partner at Infobip, where she gained experience in providing strategic HR support in establishing new departments and the company’s rapid global expansion. Patricia holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is currently enrolled in a training program for Reality Therapy. She combines continuous professional development in HR and psychology with her interest in business strategies to support leaders and teams in their development and achievement of business goals.
