Nina Visočnik is People & Culture Manager at Agilcon, the largest regional Salesforce partner focusing on building modern CRM and HRM solutions. After starting her career as a journalist and working in marketing, she discovered her passion for HR and started her career as Talent Acquisition Specialist. As Agilcon grew, she played a pivotal role in establishing the People & Culture department. Nina is most proud of the culture that the entire team has built and maintained over the years. In 2023, Agilcon was recognized as Slovenia’s Best Employer among mid-sized companies. Nina is today responsible for implementing HR strategy, processes, and activities that align with the company’s goals, vision, and values. Her “people first” approach emphasizes all aspects of employee well-being, talent, and leadership development across a team of 80 professionals in Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia.
