Nataša is a psychologist and HR manager with nearly 20 years of experience in IT, retail, hospitality, and the pharmaceutical industry. She has led strategic HR initiatives that contributed to business success – from recruitment and performance management to employer branding and HR process digitalization.
She is currently working as an HR Manager at the IT company Digacon Software, where she actively promotes the recognition of HR’s importance and impact within the organization and the broader community. She was a finalist for the HR Manager of the Year award in 2024.
