Nataša Jakovac Borojević is the Director of Learning and Human Potential Development at Zagrebačka Bank. Inspired by the organization’s strong legacy of continuous learning, Nataša fosters further development of hybrid learning methods, designs various programs and initiatives in talent development, leadership development, and promotes a culture of learning democratization. With particular passion, she connects learning with well-being programs. Her innovative solutions have been recognized by the industry, awarding her the Employer Branding Award for the most innovative EB initiative in 2023 – Zaba Kids Week.
She began her career in the commercial sector of The Nielsen Company, the world’s largest company for information, data, and market research. Nataša spent 10 years at Nielsen before moving to Infobip, where she designed and launched numerous learning and development projects as an expert in this field. With over 20 years of experience, she has learned that excellent business results stem from top-tier and innovative HR practices, and that continuous readiness to learn is the best form of competitiveness, both for individuals and companies.
Nataša has conducted over 300 days of classroom training and worked on mentoring new trainers. She is currently in the process of obtaining her coaching certification. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, specializing in Marketing, and has continued to educate and certify herself in various areas. She is currently completing her training in Logotherapy, the third Viennese school of psychotherapy, and will soon graduate with a thesis on “”The Use of Logotherapy Methods in the Prevention of Burnout Syndrome in the Workplace.””
Nataša’s eternal inspiration comes from the wonderful people around her, nature trips, Japan, philosophy, and neuroscience.
