A graduate economist, I began my career in 2001 as a trainee, after which I took on various specialist roles within the HR sector.
In 2011, I was promoted to Regional HR Director, gaining extensive experience in the markets of Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russia, and briefly in Spain, Italy, and the UK.
In 2019, I was awarded HR Manager of the Year in Slovenia.
In addition to my regional role, I also became a Senior Business Partner, gradually shifting my focus towards business partnerships, and in 2022, I was appointed Director of Human Resources and Culture for the Business Area – Strategic Business Programs.
I have enjoyed my entire career within the corporation; first Droga, then Droga Kolinska, and now Atlantic Droga Kolinska.
