Monika Končar is the Head of Human Resources at CONET Hrvatska d.o.o. She has over 20 years of experience in senior HR roles, especially within the IT industry. Throughout her career, she has established HR functions as strategic business partners, covering nearly all HR areas, from organizational development, restructuring, performance management, recruitment, to labor relations. She works closely with managers on team leadership and development, and the implementation of processes and programs focused on employee growth and satisfaction.
