He earned his doctorate in psychology at the University of Zagreb, where he now teaches at the graduate and doctoral levels. In his research work, he focuses on predicting work performance and engagement, with a special emphasis on management, personality, and psychometrics.
He has participated in about twenty scientific research and professional projects, four of which were funded by the Croatian Science Foundation or from EU funds. He has published numerous scientific papers in prestigious international journals.
He is a presenter at international and domestic scientific and professional conferences and serves as a reviewer for numerous international journals in the field of work psychology and psychology in general (e.g., European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology).
