With nearly 15 years of experience in various corporations and industries, Mirta currently holds the position of People & Culture Operations Manager and ED&I Leader at IKEA for Southeast Europe (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Ukraine). In her current roles, Mirta leads HR operations, HR compliance, people analytics, organizational design and change (HR transformations), HRIS projects, and ED&I initiatives for the region. Mirta is also a coach and participates in HR audits. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and partner, good food, exploring different cultures, and all that life has to offer.
