Matija Subašić-Maras has been a Member of the Management Board of Zagrebački Holding d.o.o. since September 2021. She graduated in Psychology from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the IEDC–Bled School of Management.
In addition to her academic background, Ms. Subašić-Maras has extensive experience in human resources management, with a particular focus on large-scale organizational transformation processes. She gained years of experience in HR management and business transformation as the Human Resources Director at Croatia osiguranje d.d. (part of the Adris Group), and she also worked as an HR Director in the pharmaceutical industry for companies PLIVA and GlaxoSmithKline.
In her current position as a Management Board Member, Matija Subašić-Maras is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the work of several departments and subsidiaries within Zagrebački Holding d.o.o. Among other duties, she is also in charge of the Human Resources Management Department.
