Maruška Letica, an Employer Branding Expert at INA Group, is responsible for Employer Branding projects and the localization of the MOL Group’s Employer Branding strategy within INA Group companies. Over the past 15 years, Maruška has developed numerous creative and recognized solutions for employees in the areas of Employee Experience, Wellbeing, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and Employer Branding at INA Group.
