Martina Roša has nearly 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles within major international FMCG companies (Coca-Cola Hellenic, Jamnica, Stanić Beverages). She led strategic and transformation projects such as new operational models, cultural integration, performance and talent systems, innovation management, HRIS implementation, and HR process optimization.
She is proud of the strong regional teams she has built, recognized for best practices across and outside the organizations. Martina holds a degree in psychology from the University of Zagreb, is a certified trainer by the CIPD (UK), and an executive coach certified by AoEC.
