Marijana Plovanić is the Director and Co-owner of Hendal, a market research agency established more than 30 years ago, which today holds a position as one of the leading agencies in the region. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of market research, with a particular focus on project management, business development, team leadership, and the implementation of quality systems. Throughout her career, she has progressed through all levels — from Project Manager to Executive Director — which provides her with a comprehensive perspective on the research process and the strategic management of an organization. She actively participates in professional training and in the development of the market research industry in Croatia and the region. She is particularly dedicated to methodological innovations and quality assurance, with an emphasis on quality in the primary data collection phase. She graduated in Economics (Marketing major) from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb, and furthered her expertise through market research training organized by the American Marketing Association in Seattle, USA. Over the years, she has collaborated with numerous leading international market research agencies that Hendal represents as a partner agency on the Croatian market.
