And this includes all types of relationships – friendships, romantic relationships, family, and ultimately, relationships with business colleagues.

Dr. Schulz’s scientific insights can help HR professionals gain a deeper understanding of how to support relationships between employees, foster a positive work culture, and provide insights into how individuals develop throughout their lifetime, especially in the context of the workplace.

Dr. Schulz is coming to HR.Weekend with a wealth of knowledge that will help HR professionals build better companies, workplaces, and improve their approach to people and their relationships within companies. And ultimately, beyond professional life as well.

Marc Schulz is the Associate Director of the adult education program at prestigious Harvard. Additionally, he leads the data science program and previously served as the chair of the psychology department and the clinical developmental psychology program at Bryn Mawr College. Dr. Schulz graduated from Amherst College and earned his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of California.
