At Mars, a well-known manufacturer of chocolate and pet food, she leads an international team of experts in salaries and compensation and is globally responsible for the Mars Food division and the Mars Wrigley division for Europe.
She began her career in sales and marketing and has spent the last 20 years working in HR, with the last 12 years focused on the specialized field of motivation and rewards. She has participated in global projects for the renewal of salary models, the introduction of new processes and job evaluation methodologies, the implementation of information systems supporting Comp&Ben processes, and has led global projects to unify the framework for the variable part of bonuses for employees in sales and production units.
In her work, she deals with the challenges of maintaining the sustainability of salary systems and trends in the labor market. She acts as an advisor to the management boards of Mars companies on changes and the establishment of criteria for the fixed and variable part of salaries, the salary aspect in various organizational changes, the appointment of company directors, and the development and rewarding of key and prospective personnel.
