Luka is an entrepreneur and product leader with a unique blend of expertise in psychology, business, and technology. In 2019, he co-founded Orgnostic, an innovative employee analytics platform, with the goal of enabling HR teams to access data-driven insights. His vision was to eliminate the technical and financial barriers that often hinder organizations from making evidence-based decisions. In April 2024, Orgnostic was acquired by Culture Amp, where Luka became VP of Products, People Analytics, leading teams to develop tools for organizational behavior analysis. Alongside his entrepreneurial work, Luka co-founded the “Psychology and Business” program at FEFA in Belgrade, where he has integrated psychology and business into education since 2020. His expertise in psychology from Harvard, experience in leading startups and HR teams, and entrepreneurial spirit position him as a leader at the intersection of technology, business, and human behavior.
