Krešimir Radić, MD, specialist in psychiatry, is the head of the mobile team of the Mental Health and Addiction Prevention Service at the “Dr. Andrija Štampar” Teaching Institute of Public Health in Zagreb. He was born in Slavonski Brod and graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Zagreb. During his studies, he served as the editor-in-chief of the student magazine Medicinar. He specialized in psychiatry and worked as a psychiatrist at the Vrapče Psychiatric Clinic, where, in addition to clinical work, primarily with individuals struggling with addiction, he coordinated educational projects focused on recovery and social inclusion for individuals with severe mental illnesses. He is a member of the Working Group for Community Mental Health Protection at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatia. In 2017, he participated in the creation of the Croatian guidelines for the treatment of schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, organized by the Croatian Psychiatric Association.
