After completing my Master’s degree at University of Rijeka, I have started my career at a fast-growing communications company, where I spent 5 years shaping HR and business teams across Europe and North America. I helped build a global HR department from scratch and got involved in all aspects of HR.
Later on, I specialized in HR digital transformation, leading HR departments through changes, using new HR technology, and improving processes and employee experiences to boost business success.
Now, as an HR Transformation Consultant, I create agile HR functions that are strategic and can quickly adapt to changing business needs. My goal is to develop future-ready HR strategies in today’s digital world.
