Katja Matić is a human resources and leadership expert with over 25 years of experience gained in international companies across various industries (L’Oréal Adria, A1 Croatia, Njuškalo & Trikoder, Adria Dental Group). She has held senior positions and today works as a leadership mentor and HR advisor. She is the co-founder of 3Collective, a team of experts in HR, PR, marketing, management, and organizational transformation.
Katja graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, completed a one-year HR program at Experta Business School, and an Executive MBA at Cotrugli Business School. She developed her communication skills through extensive collaboration across corporate levels and through specialized training in recruitment, interpersonal skills, negotiation, and Executive Coaching.
She was named HR Manager of the Year in 2024.
