Jelena Jelušić is the founder and director of INSPO Consulting, a company specialized in HR and Employer Branding. With over 19 years of experience in organizational psychology and human resources management, she is one of the pioneers of employer branding in Croatia. As the first Employer Brand Manager at A1 Croatia and Photomath (a Google acquisition), she led successful and award-winning projects focused on attracting and retaining talent, and she is the first recipient of the Employer Branding Impact Award in the Adria region. Her mission is to help companies become “talent magnets,” and she collaborates with numerous startups and companies in industries such as IT, banking, pharmaceuticals, media, and others. She is dedicated to the development of the local tech and business community: she is a guest lecturer at the Algebra MBA, leads the research “What Tech Talents Expect from Croatian Employers,” organizes Engineering Management meetups, and serves as a mentor in the Mentoring Byte program.
