She currently works as a Learning & Development Lead and HR Business Partner, providing strategic support to the business. She also acts as an internal trainer and coach for leaders, designing and delivering development programs within the organization.

Throughout her career, she has created and improved performance management and reward systems, and has led or contributed to numerous employee development initiatives and HR transformation projects. Her expertise also includes providing strategic support during organizational change, particularly through facilitating mindset shifts among leaders — a key factor in successful transitions toward more agile and efficient ways of working.

In everything she does, she is guided by the belief that change begins with how we think: “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” It is precisely this perspective that strengthens her approach to facilitating change and shaping a growth-oriented culture.
