Ivica Vrančić has been working in the field of Human Resources and Management Development for over 25 years. He gained experience by leading the Human Resources function at Coca-Cola Beverages Croatia, British American Tobacco, and DHL, and he began his career in this field at Zagrebačka Banka.

Since 2005, he has been a consultant and lecturer, sharing his knowledge with managers, primarily at senior and executive organizational levels, from major companies in Croatia and also in countries across the region and Europe (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland). A significant part of his current work involves personal training and coaching of many boards, board members, and senior managers in areas such as leadership, team building, and people management. Additionally, he works as a consultant in the introduction and improvement of processes and tools related to managing people and human value in companies.

Ivica Vrančić has been a lecturer for many years at Cotrugli Business School in the Executive MBA and MBA programs in the areas of Leadership and Human Resources, and since 2024, he has been a lecturer in MBA programs at Algebra University. He completed a postgraduate program in Human Resources Management at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in London, the most prestigious HR institution in Europe, and holds the title of Chartered FCIPD.

He also holds a Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials, following a program completed at the Chartered Management Institute in London. Ivica is also certified in Emotional Intelligence Coaching, having completed a program created and mentored by Daniel Goleman. In addition to numerous trainings in all areas of Human Resources within the Coca-Cola, BAT, and DHL systems, he has received further education at business-educational institutions in Europe (Institute of Personnel and Development London, School of Business and Institute of Organisation Copenhagen Business School, Management Centre Europe Brussels) in the following areas: training and development, team building, personnel selection and recruitment, organizational culture, executive coaching, leadership, change management. He graduated in psychology from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb.
