Ivana earned her degree in psychology from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Osijek and began her career in human resource management during her studies, working as an HR assistant at Studio Moderna. She joined Fina in 2015, where she primarily focused on employee training and development, talent acquisition, and the reward system.
Her professional direction was further strengthened by completing a specialist postgraduate program in “”Organization and Management”” at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb in 2023. Over the course of more than 13 years, she has led numerous strategic projects, including the implementation of a new compensation system, performance management system, and various development programs for employees, talents, and leaders. She currently holds the position of Director of the Human Resources Management Department, where she and her team are leading the implementation of a new HRM system with a focus on digitalization and process automation. She is also enhancing the compensation system and actively monitoring employee needs and labor market trends, ensuring Fina’s position as a desirable and competitive employer.
