During his extensive international professional career, Ivan Paić has held leadership positions in France and the United Arab Emirates, and completed professional training in Japan and Norway, focusing on leadership, sales team efficiency, digital transformation, and sustainable development.
He graduated in 2003 from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb and is currently an Associate Professor of Digital Transformation at the Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva in Zagreb. He began his professional career in 2003 at KONČAR – Instrument Transformers as a scholarship recipient in the project department, later becoming the head of R&D projects.
In 2008, he joined the international company Schneider Electric as a Product Manager for medium- and low-voltage equipment. In 2011, he took on the role of Operational Marketing Director for customer software in Grenoble, France, and after more than three years, returned to Zagreb as Country General Manager for Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since 2020, he has been based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
He joined the Management Board of KONČAR at the beginning of 2024, coming from his previous role as Vice President at Schneider Electric, where he was responsible for project sales on a global level.
