Igor Kovač is a psychologist with many years of experience in clinical psychology, including psychodiagnostics and therapeutic work. For over 15 years, he has worked in HR roles in international companies, focusing on implementing modern HR systems and leading organizational change.
He now specializes in assessment, coaching, and HR consulting at LQ. Igor continually develops professionally through education in HR, organizational psychology, diagnostics, and counseling. He is a certified executive/business coach (AoEC, London) and actively participates in professional associations such as HR Centar, HPK, HPD, and DPV.
