Helena Karasić has been employed at Dukat, the leading food company in Croatia and the region, and part of Lactalis, the global leader in the dairy industry, since 2007. Since 2018, she has been a member of Dukat’s senior management, where she and her team actively participate in the company’s key strategic and operational processes. Dukat employs more than 1,500 people and operates three production plants in Croatia.
As a psychologist by profession, Helena gained her previous experience in the human resources development department, working in Croatia as well as in the region – Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, and North Macedonia. She is also an active member of several international project teams within Lactalis, which develop and implement modern and innovative practices and tools in the field of human resource management at a global level.
