Goran Ferić is an expert in human potential focused on supporting business outcomes, with experience in recruitment, talent development, job evaluation and organizational design, as well as performance management and compensation. He has extensive experience with leading Croatian companies, including Hrvatske pošte, Atlantic Grupa, and Hrvatska poštanska banka. He currently works at INA as the Director of Compensation and Operational Human Resources Management, where he faces daily challenges related to the implementation of compensation policies and wellbeing programs, and ensuring operational excellence in a complex international environment. He is a frequent active participant in numerous international and domestic HR conferences and has served as a guest lecturer at the Zagreb School of Management, Vern, and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb.
