Dr. Mirna Koričan Lajtman is an expert in applied psychology, human resources, and organizational development. With over 20 years of academic and business experience, her work spans education, consulting, and research on team dynamics, stress, motivation, and employee engagement.
She earned her PhD from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, focusing on work-life conflict and its effect on stress and performance. She also holds an MBA and a master’s in psychology and has studied at IESE Business School, Stevens Institute of Technology, and others.
Mirna designs gamified tools and board games that address workplace balance and psychological safety. She also explores AI’s impact on wellbeing and HR. Currently, she is an Associate Professor at the Luxembourg School of Business and lectures at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management.
