With more than 15 years of experience in HR, Bruna is in charge of leading the global human resources organization of the Mplus Group, with over 13.500 employees in 18 countries. Since 2007, she has held several senior leadership positions in HR, leading various HR teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments across several industries (telco, oil & gas, IT). She joined Mplus from Infobip, where she held a global role aligning the HR function from Latin America to the Asia-Pacific Region. Her HR specialties are in designing and shaping the HR function closely aligned to business strategy, with focus on talent and leadership development.
Bruna holds a master’s degree in Macroeconomics from the Faculty of Economics and Business and speaks English, German, and Italian.
