Asli began her professional journey in 2004 at BAT Türkiye, setting the foundation for a rich and multifaceted career in human resources. Over the years, she has built deep expertise across all key HR disciplines, working in dynamic and fast-paced environments across a variety of industries, including FMCG, packaging, and large-scale conglomerates.
In 2024, she rejoined BAT as the Head of HR for the Adria Cluster, where she leads the HR organization with a strategic focus on transformation and talent development.
Throughout her career, Asli has successfully led numerous high-impact projects – from implementing robust performance and talent management systems to designing and executing comprehensive employee and leadership development programs.
