Antea is a psychologist by profession with 10 years of experience working in HR. She is a vocal advocate of the slogan #HRIsNotJustAdmin. Additionally, she is passionate about practical HR – practical solutions that truly work (#NoFormalitiesForTheSakeOfIt). Besides her experience in various human resources management processes, working with managers at different levels has helped her gain an understanding of the business side as well, which contributes to running a comprehensive HR department. She completed her studies at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, and earned her Executive MBA at the Swiss School of Business and Management. Antea began her career in human resources in the banking sector, after which she gained experience in the healthcare sector and the oil industry. She is currently leading the HR department at the Degordian agency.
