Anita Letica is the President of the Management Board of Philip Morris Zagreb d.o.o., and the Managing Director for the Croatian and Slovenian markets of the multinational company Philip Morris International. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and earned a Master’s degree in Business Management from the IECD Bled School of Management. As a Pliva scholarship recipient, she began her career at Pliva. After nearly a decade of business and managerial experience at the company, she joined Philip Morris in 2008, where she took on roles of increasing responsibility in various areas such as finance, planning, business intelligence, and business development.
Throughout this period, she has been responsible for multiple markets and has managed remote teams from different countries. This experience and her excellent results led to her appointment as Managing Director of Philip Morris for the Croatian market in 2015. In 2018, she was promoted to her current position, where she also became responsible for Philip Morris’s operations in Slovenia. Since then, together with her team, she has successfully led the transformation of the traditional industry towards a smoke-free future.
