She began her career in clinical psychology and counseling, then transitioned into the field of human resources, working across various industries—IT, oil and gas, online sales, wholesale, agriculture, and telecommunications. Throughout her career, she has worked as an HR Business Partner and in centers of expertise in various HR areas, with a focus on recruitment and development. She has led projects in the fields of talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as employee engagement. She is qualified to conduct psychological assessments, has completed numerous training programs in organizational psychology and management, is certified as a CBT coach, and is currently enrolled in a reality therapy training program in Zagreb. She works as a consultant at Prava formula in the field of human resource management.
