After 13 years of experience in Human Resources, Andrea is still as passionate about HR as she was when she started as a junior HR business partner in INA. Since then, Andrea has gained extensive experience in total rewards management, employee relations and strategic HR business partnering for INA Group companies, also leading HR partnering teams supporting the various business divisions. She continued her career as HR manager in Cromaris (Adris Group) leading the HR, Corporate Security, Legal and General Affairs functions. Andrea holds a degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb and has completed the CIPD Associate qualification.
Currently, Andrea leads the HR function in Aircash, one of the leading and fastest growing fintech companies in EU, a licensed electronic money institution and issuer of the Aircash Mastercard prepaid card.
On the path to over 1,000,000 Aircash users, Andrea is eager to leverage her experience in building teams and optimizing the HR function.
