Ana Visković holds a masters degree in psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb and began her professional career while still a student. With over six years of experience, she has held various positions, and for the past two and a half years, she has led Span’s HR Development team. The goals of Ana’s team are the development and implementation of new HR projects and initiatives, as well as the improvement of existing ones to support the strategic goals, growth, and development of the company.
In addition to her formal education, Ana pursued further training through online certification programs related to HR development and HR analytics, and by participating in a management academy.
