Ana holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb, with a dual major in Organization & Management and Finance. She began her professional journey at Podravka, initially working in sales controlling for international markets, before transitioning into the field of Human Resources. With over 15 years of experience in HR, she has built a diverse career across the food, technology, and financial industries, leading all key HR functions. Her expertise is especially strong in organizational development, corporate culture, and the strategic growth of organizations through a human capital lens. She has also been involved in mergers & acquisitions and prefers working within company headquarters, where she can make the greatest impact and has the space for creativity and value creation. She has held HR leadership roles in both domestic and international companies, including serving as HR Director at Velesstroy in Moscow, HR Manager at DOK-ING and Bellabeat, and currently holds the position of Executive Director of the Human Resources Division at Croatian Post Bank (Hrvatska poštanska banka). She further strengthened her professional development by completing an Executive MBA at Vlerick Business School (Brussels / Saint Petersburg), and expanded her knowledge in organizational development through the Integral School of Organization Development in Zagreb. She continuously invests in learning, especially in the areas of leadership and organizational transformation.
