Alisa Evsina is a seasoned human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. She holds a master’s degree in Economics and Human Resource Management from Kingston University and is CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) certified.
Throughout her career, Alisa has gained extensive international work experience, including stints in Russia, Switzerland, and Serbia. She has honed her skills in acquisition project management, launching new services, and company transformation, successfully applying best practices in compensation and benefits, as well as corporate culture transformation.
Alisa’s career began at BNP-DRESDNER Bank, and she later took on various roles at EHINGER & ARMAND VON ERST, HEINEKEN BREWERIES, and NCG (Airport).
However, what Alisa considers her greatest treasure in life is her two children.
In 2014, she joined NIS as the Director of Compensation and Benefits, where she focused on modernizing the company’s C&B policies. She took over as the Human Resources Director of NIS in October 2018, giving her the opportunity to lead one of the largest and most competent teams in Serbia.
Alisa’s primary goal is to strengthen NIS’s employer brand and enhance its inspiring corporate culture. Thanks to her rich and diverse skill set and proficiency in multiple languages, including Serbian, English, French, and German, she leads and supports her team’s activities, steering them towards success and goal achievement.
In addition to her professional commitments, Alisa skillfully balances her personal and professional interests. She enjoys dancing, yoga, and exploring new destinations in her free time. She also leverages her passion for mentorship to empower others to reach their full potential.
