Aleksandar Zemunić comes from a leading HR consulting group, which has, over 20 years of operation, become the top destination in Croatia for all HR services. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Cardiff University in the UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Osijek. He is also a recipient of the Chevening Scholarship, administered by the British Council. As the Director of the SELECTIO Group and a certifier in the Employer Partner project, which has conducted over 20,000 evaluations of HR systems, he has deep insight into the HR practices and challenges of the most successful organizations in Croatia. His areas of expertise include organizational and workforce analysis, HR strategy, competency systems, performance management, employee motivation and rewards, as well as recruitment and selection.
